A venue coordinator does just that: coordinate the venue. They'll be there to turn on and off the lights, unlock the doors in the morning, and everything else that deals specifically with the venue. Wedding planners will create your timeline, attend your meetings, and help cultivate your design. Venue coordinators and wedding planners work incredibly well together, but neither could handle both jobs without going crazy!

do i need a wedding planner if i have a venue coordinator?


At this point in time, we are taking weddings in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We want to make sure we are able to recommend reputable vendors, and are familiar with the area in which your wedding is taking place! 

how far will you travel for weddings?


Breathe. At the end of the day, your marriage is SO much more important than linen colors and signature cocktail names!

What is your biggest piece of advice for engaged couples?
